This beautiful place is carefully looked after and managed in a sustainable way. We’re big fans of young businesses that run things this way. It’s tough to find tasty, chemical-free veggies these days, so a garden like this is really special. The owners not only supply their fresh veggies and herbs to local shop and restaurant but also sell directly to folks in Norddal village who are interested.
